The emission rates and compositions of monoterpene from Pinus densiflora were investigated in the Gumsung (GM) and Worak (WM) mountains. The standard emission rates (ERs: ERs is the monoterpene emission rate at standard temperature, 30 degrees C) from P. densiflora ranged from 0.817 to 1.704 (mugC/gdw-h). The ERs and beta-values of total monoterpene were measured at the two study sites (GM and WM). In the spring and summer, the ERs were the highest, while relatively low values (<0.058mugC/gdw-h) were measured in the autumn and winter. In GM and WM sites the beta-value obtained for the different seasons ranged from 0.047 to 0.179, with an average of 0.09. The major monoterpene compounds from P. densiflora were alpha-pinene, myrcene, beta-phellandrene, d-limonene and alpha-terpinene. The fractional compositions of individual monoterpene compounds were significantly different between the two test sites in the summer and winter. The ERs of the older group (31-40 years) were higher than those in the younger group (21-30 years). However, the monoterpene compositions were similar between the two age groups.  相似文献

To understand the distribution characteristics of nonylphenolics and sterols, samples such as in creek water, sea surface water, waste water treatment plant (WWTP) effluent water, sediment and mussel were collected and analyzed. The principal analytes are nonylphenol (NP), nonylphenol monoethoxylate (NP1EO), nonylphenol diethoxylate (NP2EO), coprostanol (5beta) and cholestanol (5alpha). All these target pollutants showed 100% detection frequency in all of the samples analyzed. Total concentration of nonylphenolic compounds ranged from 334 to 3628ngl(-1) (average: 1331ngl(-1)) in creek water, from 15 to 36400ngl(-1) (average: 1013ngl(-1)) in sea surface water, from 131 to 2811ngg(-1) dry weight (average: 581ngg(-1) dry weight) in sediment and from 50.5 to 289ngg(-1) dry weight (average: 139ngg(-1) dry weight) in mussel. For water samples, levels of nonylphenolics determined in summer season were higher than those in spring season. Among them, nonylphenol and NP1EO was dominant in creek water and seawater, respectively. The highest concentration was recorded in sediment near a WWTP effluent outlet. And high levels of nonylphenolics and sterols were found in about 3km area surrounding WWTP effluent outlet. Coefficient of linear regression (R(2)) for NP in mussel and in sediment was 0.90. Similarly good correlation (R(2)=0.98) was obtained between concentration in water and in mussel indicating that a steady state has been reached in this bay. The calculated bio concentration factor (BCF=2990) for NP in Masan Bay agrees well with reported values in the literature.  相似文献

The widespread contamination of surface and ground water quality from the heavy use of fertilizer in modern agriculture is the current concern. Therefore, this study was carried out to develop a slow-release fertilizer using charcoal. The morphology of the charcoal impregnated fertilizer was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This study also evaluated the release patterns of N, P, and K from impregnated charcoal using a simulated soil solution and distilled water as leaching solutions. The patterns of N, P, and K releases were examined in both static and continuous-flow conditions for 360 h. Releases of N, P, and K from impregnated charcoal were found to be slow and steady. However, the release trends of N, P, and K were higher in soil solution than distilled water under both the above conditions. Dissolution occurred when N, P, and K were released in the above leached solutions. As a result, the fertilizer impregnated charcoal could be developed as slow-release type fertilizer to minimize the contamination.  相似文献

Of growing amount of food waste, the integrated food waste and waste water treatment was regarded as one of the efficient modeling method. However, the load of food waste to the conventional waste treatment process might lead to the high concentration of total nitrogen(T-N) impact on the effluent water quality. The objective of this study is to establish two machine learning models—artificial neural networks(ANNs) and support vector machines(SVMs), in order to predict 1-day interval T-N concentration of effluent from a wastewater treatment plant in Ulsan, Korea. Daily water quality data and meteorological data were used and the performance of both models was evaluated in terms of the coefficient of determination(R~2), Nash–Sutcliff efficiency(NSE), relative efficiency criteria(d rel). Additionally, Latin-Hypercube one-factor-at-a-time(LH-OAT) and a pattern search algorithm were applied to sensitivity analysis and model parameter optimization, respectively. Results showed that both models could be effectively applied to the 1-day interval prediction of T-N concentration of effluent. SVM model showed a higher prediction accuracy in the training stage and similar result in the validation stage.However, the sensitivity analysis demonstrated that the ANN model was a superior model for 1-day interval T-N concentration prediction in terms of the cause-and-effect relationship between T-N concentration and modeling input values to integrated food waste and waste water treatment. This study suggested the efficient and robust nonlinear time-series modeling method for an early prediction of the water quality of integrated food waste and waste water treatment process.  相似文献

该实验模拟污泥水解酸化出水有机酸,通过饱饥驯化法,苏丹黑和尼罗蓝染色初筛,傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)复筛,得到一株能以城市污泥水解酸化出水混合有机酸为唯一碳源生长并积累中长链聚羟基脂肪酸酯(polyhydroxyalkanoates,PHAs)的菌株X-3。经分子生物学鉴定该菌为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)。培养实验表明碳氮比对菌株PHAs积累率有较大影响,碳氮比增高有利于菌株积累PHAs。该菌以实际污泥水解酸化液为培养基正常生长并积累PHAs。  相似文献

判定是否承担噪声污染侵权责任首先是对噪声污染的概念的界定,现行法律对该概念的界定主要采用“超标+干扰”的主客观相结合要件,实践中出现了扰民但噪声不超标的情况,由于不符合“环境噪声污染”概念而难以得到救济.对噪声污染概念的重构需要考虑到行政法中和侵权法中该概念的不同,其蕴含的价值区别.参考国外立法并结合我国实际应将超过忍受限度作为对噪声污染概念界定的标准之一,在保护人身的同时将对财产的保护也纳入保护范围之内.在环境噪声污染侵权中,法院在适用法律裁判案件时,不应运用《环境噪声污染防治法》中关于环境噪声污染概念的界定.  相似文献

对东滩植被带光量子通量密度的调查研究表明:互花米草带与海三棱藨草带光量子通量密度没有显著性差异,其值分别为1 570和1 556μmol/(m2·s)。光照对两物种的生长、繁殖等植物行为的影响只取决于其对光照的利用能力和效率;在互花米草和海三棱藨草混生带,到达互花米草和海三棱藨草的光量子通量密度之间存在显著差异(P0.05),互花米草对海三棱藨草的遮荫效应达63%,表明互花米草对海三棱藨草具有强的遮荫作用。光照不足严重影响海三棱藨草的生长,在混生带,海三棱藨草生长速率降低,种群密度和生物量减少,植株高度增加。因此,互花米草对海三棱藨草的遮荫作用,抑制了海三棱藨草在中潮滩的更新过程,因而也是造成海三棱藨草生境丧失的重要原因之一。  相似文献

We present the continuously measurements of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) at a receptor site(Wan Qing Sha, WQS) in the Pearl River Delta(PRD) region from September to November of 2017. The average mixing ratios of total VOCs(TVOCs) was 36.3 ± 27.9 ppbv with the dominant contribution from alkanes(55.5%), followed by aromatics(33.3%). 近年来,极端降雨事件在全球发生的强度和频率不断增加,这可能对大型深水水库水体有机碳的时空分布产生深远影响. 为探究强降雨事件对千岛湖有机碳的时空分布特征及影响机制,于2020年5—8月逐月采集了典型大型深水水库——千岛湖100个调查点位水样,分析了千岛湖夏季水体总有机碳(TOC)、溶解性有机碳(DOC)和颗粒有机碳(POC)浓度的时空分布特征和影响因素,重点探讨了强降水过程对有机碳浓度、通量和储量的影响. 结果表明:①2020年5—8月千岛湖TOC、DOC和POC浓度平均值分别为2.06、1.73 和0.33 mg/L,随着强降雨开始,5—7月TOC、DOC浓度呈逐渐上升趋势,而雨量急剧下降的8月(几乎无雨),浓度也随之显著下降;水平分布上,5—7月有机碳浓度高值在全库的分布范围逐渐扩大,整体具有河流区到湖泊区逐渐降低趋势. ②新安江入库碳通量(FTOC、FDOC、FPOC)约占全库25条主要河流总入库碳通量的69%,降雨期间5—7月总入库FTOC分别是8月的11、36和41倍;5—8月有机碳储量(RTOC、RDOC、RPOC)平均值分别为44 611、38 452和6 159 t,6月、7月的总入库碳通量均占当月全库水体碳储量的1/5,所占比例分别8月的35和28倍. ③DOC和POC浓度与叶绿素a(Chla)、悬浮颗粒物(SS)、有机悬浮颗粒物(OSS)、无机悬浮颗粒物(ISS)、CODMn和TP浓度均呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关,与透明度(SD)呈极显著(P<0.01)负相关. 研究显示:千岛湖有机碳主要受浮游植物内源生产过程以及外源输入过程共同决定,而这两个过程受水文气象因素的综合影响,强降雨过程是千岛湖有机碳时空变化的关键驱动力;强降雨也是有机碳通量升高的关键控制因子,并且高入库碳通量会对全库水体碳储量产生强烈冲击.   相似文献

目的 研究低铬油套管钢材在不同腐蚀环境中的腐蚀特征。方法 采用高温高压动态反应釜对1Cr、3Cr这2种常用低铬油套管钢材进行纯CO2、CO2和低浓度H2S共存条件下的腐蚀试验。结果 温度在40~80 ℃条件下,各种钢材的腐蚀速率随着温度的升高而变大。加入低浓度H2S后,可以抑制CO2腐蚀,且随着温度升高,抑制性逐渐减弱。分析认为,在单独CO2环境以及CO2和低浓度H2S共存的环境中,1Cr、3Cr钢表面出现铬富集现象,形成的Cr(OH)3膜保护基底。同时,在CO2和低浓度H2S共存的环境中,1Cr、3Cr钢表面形成致密的FeS产物膜有助于保护基底,抵抗Cl侵蚀。结论 低Cr钢表面因铬的富集形成钝化膜,能有效抑制油套管的腐蚀速率,以上研究成果对CO2和低浓度H2S环境中的腐蚀理论以及油田油套管材料合理选择均有一定指导意义。  相似文献
